We provide one to one tutoring from functional skills to GCSE level.
The aim is for our students to leave with qualifications and/or be ready to achieve in their next setting.

We are registered with The Princes Trust and the students enjoy the variety of topics they can cover such as Money Management, Healthy Lifestyle & Community Project.

Our students have the opportunity to cook up some delicious recipes from the produce they have grown in the raised beds.

We encourage our students to get involved in every aspect of animal care; everything from mucking out and feeding to collecting eggs, this provides our young people with a sense of responsibility.

Students who have an interest in riding have the option (when available) to attend lessons at a local riding school.

Access is available to drama therapy classes for students who feel this can help them express themselves.

We look for ways we can aid our young people in their transition either into college or back into mainstream school.
We facilitate a range of visits from outside agencies including Askham Bryan College, the Police, Prison Service and the Fire Service all of whom deliver enrichment sessions tailored to our young people.
Not only do we look after our young people, we also form a good relationship with parents and carers too - keeping them up to date with weekly phone calls of how their children are doing.
The strong communication and working relationship between us, parent/carers and school ensures the whole package of support.
